Shipping & Delivery
The shipping will be fulfilled with USPS priority class mail when available.
International shipping is fulfilled with USPS Priority Express International.
Other shipping carriers are optional at additional actual charges. If you have questions regarding the shipment of your order, contact us
by e-mail or phone. Our shipping cut off time is 2pm Mountain Standard. Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy and personal information is important to us. We do not share or sell any of your private information. We employ the latest SSL
security that protects your transactions. If you would like to unsubscribe from any of our communications, you can do that through the links
on the promotional e-mail.

Returns & Replacements
Custom putters cannot be returned for refunds as they are made to order and cannot be restocked. Standard model putters can be returned for
a full refund within 30 days of purchase subject to a restocking fee if the returned putter is damaged. If any refund is subject to a damage
charge, the customer will be contacted disclosing the damage assessment and the option to have the putter returned to them without any
return/refund processing. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. At CarbonPutters.com, we check every order with the order form
before shipping.

Any refunds for cancellations and returns will be reduced by the amount of the credit card merchant or PayPal fees charged to Carbon Putters upon the purchase.
